Lancashire Wedding Photographer
I know the world is in a pretty sad state at the moment with covid, but things still move on, and hopefully with the covid vaccine we should now see a little light at the end of the tunnel. It’s been a tough year for everyone, but some traditions still live on and couples continue to get engaged over Christmas and the New Year.
Well if you are one of the lucky ones who found a beautiful engagement ring under your Christmas Tree this year, you’ll soon be wanting to start planning your big wedding day.
It’s important to make sure you pick the right wedding photographer for you. There are plenty Wedding Photographer’s out there that’s for sure. All having their our own unique styles, be that classical, traditional, boho, reportage, etc etc.
For me I like to blend into the background as much as possible and capture your day as it unfolds, with little fuss or interruption to the flow of your day. I understand that a lot of planning has gone into your big day. Wedding Venues are working to a timeline and they will be eager to make sure your wedding breakfast is hot and ready to serve at the time you agreed with them. I recognise this and will always work to the timings you and your wedding venue have agreed.
When I arrive on the morning of your wedding, I’m sure you will want images of Bridal preparations, so I’ll spend time capturing those details that mean so much to you, to create lasting and loving memories. I never forget the boys and if you want coverage of the Groom and the Groomsmen getting ready it is always best to discuss a second shooter, so both couples have the same deserved attention.
A second Shooter is recommended (not always necessary) if you want some photos of the Groom getting ready, afterall it's just as much his day as the Brides.
Dad’s first glance at his beautiful daughter. I love seeing Dad's reaction.
Of course I’ll be there through your ceremony and capture those historic moments, the exchange of the rings and that first kiss, and the waiting Groom.
Most wedding couples want to have a set of photos taken during the day to capture guests, and the bridal party. I call these the “formal photos”, and these usually take place after the wedding ceremony, but before the Wedding Breakfast.
I love listening to the speeches, so many secrets are let out of the bag, and I love to capture the emotions and reactions as they happen.
I suppose the one thing that defines my style is lighting and creativity. I love to create unique photographs, special memories that you can frame and hang on your wall. This is about the only time I will direct you, posing you, so that I can work my magic and create unique, romantic memories for you.
If you like my style, and you'd like me as your photographer for your wedding day drop me a massage to see if I'm free.
Many of my photographs have won awards, so you can be assured of stunning, quality photographs on your big day.
