The historic medieval building of Samlesbury Hall in Lancashire has got to be one of the most atmospheric wedding venues in the county if not the northwest of England. As you approach the magnificent black and white building through the ancient wooded grounds and up the sweeping driveway to see the beautiful emerald lawn, it is easy to picture the bride arriving in style to this magical wedding venue on her wedding day. Easy to picture in your imagination and also for your professional wedding photographer to capture the first of many photo opportunities that are available at this special venue.
Samlesbury Hall has an excellent location being just off the A59 which gives easy access to the venue from nearby towns such as Blackburn and Burnley and the city of Preston. The nearby motorway links open up the venue to the rest of Lancashire as well as the northwest of England as a whole.
The hall may be close to the A59 but when you go down the driveway you are entering a different time, an age of grandeur and splendour. The wonderful building and grounds allow the professional wedding photographer to capture some stunning photos of the bride and groom , the bridal party and family and friends.
